WorkshopWe have 4 production lines at production department, including assembling, inspection and aging test lines.
Production ability: 13-15 days for 500pcs LED UFO high bay light, and 20-25 working days for 3000pcs LED UFO high bay light at common requirements.
Each Lamp must pass 24 hours aging test and high voltage (6KV) surge test before we make packing and make delivery.

  Maintenance and repair instructions:
1. Please make sure that the power has been cut off before repairing the led high bay light.
2. Clean the PC cover of the lamps regularly to keep good light transmittance.
3. Regularly clean the dust of the outer shell of the lamp to maintain good heat dissipation performance.
4. Do not clean with water or corrosive solution, but rather with a dry rag.
5. Avoid storing and using lamps in corrosive environment or environment containing harmful substances, such as sulfide, halide and phthalate.
6. When installing and maintaining lamps,do not look directly at the light source.

Q7.ODM or OEM is acceptable?
Yes, we can do ODM & OEM, put your logo on the light or package both are available.

Q8: Whether the  LED high bay lights really have 50,000 hours lifespan?

A: 50,000 or longer lifespan is only theory from lab test.But due to working environment are different from 
in lab,actual lifespan is only  <=30,000hours. Meanwhile it can also be 50,000 hours lifespan if it adopt very good material.

Q9: For same power,why different suppliers with different brightness?

A: Different chips,or same chip but different brightness version.The brightness will be different.But for same chip 

and same brightness version,the brightness will be slight difference.But please make clear the brightness difference 

between LEDs and lamp fixture.

Q10:What is colour temperature?A: Kelvin is a way to measure "temperature", the light from LED lights emit a certain color, which we have catagorized 

in CTT(kelvin).For example, a warmer (lower color temperature) light is often used in public areas to promote relaxation, 

while a cooler (higher color temperature) light is used to enhance concentration in offices.

Q: What is CRI?

A: CRI is a figure which feedback the real objects colors.Higher CRI with higher cost.

Q: What is PF and efficiency?
